We at Total Spa Supply understand that things change and you may wish to cancel your order. Where possible we will accommodate you.

Before Your Order is Shipped:  

If you request cancellation before your order is shipped, we will cancel your order and provide a complete refund in the same form as your payment. Please allow 48 hours for you cancellation to be processed.

After Your Order Has Been Shipped:

After your order has been shipped, we have incurred costs for processing and shipping your products to you and cannot retrieve your order from the shipper. We are happy to accept your order as returned merchandise. Please return the product to us (shipping prepaid) and we will refund your purchase price minus shipping costs. For more information see
